NEW PAINTING GUIDES FROM OSPREY & MINIATURE MENTOR

Recent releases:

The latest in Osprey Publishing's Modelling series, 'Modelling Scale Figures.' It includes, in step-by-step pictures, the Rackham goblin ninja I painted earlier this year--the first time this publisher has shown a small fantasy mini. Available through Amazon, as well as some hobby stores.

A video tutorial from Miniature Mentor, 'Monochrome Techniques,' in which I paint a ranger from Dark Sword in a sepia-tone palette. It's been out for some time; I've just slacked on updating this page.

Next month I'll be filming a second video for MM, demonstrating skin tones and transparent fabrics on Freebooter's lovely Sister of Mercy (FUT 003). Feedback on various forums regarding the first video has been helpful, and I hope some changes in filming technique will allow this one to show viewers more. It ought to be released before the holidays. MM, unlike most companies, gives its artists a percentage of sales, so be sure to buy or download a copy! ;-)
