Here is another of John Blanche's Femme Militant characters, Varangii. She's a 40mm resin cast, about 1.75" high. I believe this one was sculpted by Kev White--a very clean piece, fun to paint. I tried a variant of the original art's black-red-gold color scheme. The dead bird pinned to her hat is fabulous. I mounted her on a splintery wood round atop a textured display base in black satin finish.

Produced by the Black Library through Games Workshop, the Femme Militant line was an extremely limited run of female minis based on the artwork of John Blanche.
